Google Rating Calculator
See how your Google rating could change if specific reviews were removed — and how many new 5-star reviews it would take to get there instead.
This calculator is an educational estimate. It does not determine whether a review qualifies for removal, and Google ultimately decides whether a review is removed.

Reviews You're Considering for Removal

Why Exact Star Counts Matter
Your displayed Google rating is a weighted average, not a simple count of good and bad reviews. A handful of 1-star reviews can weigh far more heavily on a small profile than on a large one, which is why the exact breakdown changes the math dramatically.
How to Find Your Star Breakdown
Search your business on Google, open your Business Profile, then open the reviews panel. Google shows a histogram with the number of reviews at each star level. Enter those five numbers into the calculator.
How Google Displays Ratings
Google does not publicly document every detail of how ratings are calculated, displayed, or refreshed. The calculator shows both the exact calculated average and an estimated displayed rating so you can see the difference.
