When do I pay?
Only after a review has successfully been removed. Payment is due within 5 business days after removal. If the review remains live, you owe $0 for that review.
What you see is what you pay.
You are only charged for reviews that are successfully removed through our service. If Google declines to remove a review, there is no removal fee for that review. Not every negative review qualifies for removal.
Why Is Review Removal Pricing So Hard to Find?
We wondered the same thing.
Reputation services shouldn't require a consultation, three phone calls and a custom proposal just to learn what they cost. Our pricing is public because we want you to understand the service before you ever contact us.

See If My Reviews QualifyYour Reviews. Your Pace.
You don't have to address every review at the same time.
For businesses with multiple reviews, campaigns can be split into phases so you keep control over timing and spend.
- More control over monthly spend
- Prioritize the most damaging reviews first
- Spread the campaign across multiple months
- Adjust strategy as results come in
Example
8 Reviews
Month 1
4 reviews pursued
Month 2
4 reviews pursued
What We Promise — And What We Don't.
What We Promise

- No monthly retainer
- No long-term commitment
- Clear 15-day cancellation terms
- Pay only for successful removals
- $0 for reviews that remain live
- You choose which reviews we pursue
- You can prioritize certain reviews
- You can spread larger campaigns across multiple months
What We Don't Promise
- That every negative review can be removed
- That Google will approve every challenge

- That legitimate negative customer feedback can simply be deleted
- Results we cannot control
The promise we can make is simple:
We Only Get Paid for Successful Removals.
How Long Does Removal Take?
There is no honest one-size-fits-all answer.
Some reviews may be removed relatively quickly. Others may require additional review, escalation or more time within Google's process.
We would rather give you a realistic range than promise a removal date we don't control.
Current service expectations may range from approximately
3 Days to 180 Days
Timelines depend on the review, the reason for the challenge and Google's process.
No Long-Term Lock-In.
You can request cancellation at any time.
Cancellation becomes effective 15 days after notice is provided.
During that notice period, active removal work may continue, and you are responsible only for reviews that are successfully removed while the agreement remains active.
