Terms of Service

Scope of Service

We evaluate Google reviews and, where appropriate, submit policy-based challenges asking Google to review content that may violate its published content policies. We do not control Google's platform or its decisions.

Pricing and Payment

Pricing is per successfully removed review: $800 for 1–10 reviews, $750 for 11–24 reviews, and $700 for 25 or more reviews. There is no upfront payment, no monthly retainer, and no long-term commitment. Payment for a successfully removed review is due within 5 business days after removal is confirmed. If a review is not removed, no fee is charged for that review.

No Guarantee of Removal

We do not guarantee that any review will be removed. Google makes the final decision regarding whether content is removed from its platform.

Cancellation

Service may be cancelled at any time. Cancellation becomes effective following a 15-day notice period. Fees remain payable for reviews successfully removed before the effective cancellation date.

Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, including the identity of your business and the reviews you ask us to evaluate.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the affected removals. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
