Short answer
No. Review Resolve does not require Google Business Profile login credentials, owner access, manager access, passwords, or authentication codes to evaluate and pursue review removal.
For businesses, the most useful way to think about this question is through Google's published policies and the economics of the review profile—not promises or shortcuts.
Important: A negative review is not removable simply because a business believes it is unfair. Google removes content when it violates applicable policy, and Google makes the final decision.
Why some providers ask for access
Some reputation-management or review-removal vendors incorporate Business Profile workflows into their process, so they may request manager access. That does not mean every removal approach requires control of the listing.
Why businesses are cautious
Google Business Profiles can control important business information, reviews, photos, messaging, and other local-search assets. Giving third-party access creates an additional security and governance decision.
Review Resolve's approach
We do not need your Google password or Business Profile permissions. You remain in control of the account throughout the process. We work from the public review, relevant context you provide, and policy-based removal processes.
Questions to ask any provider
Ask exactly what access is requested, why it is needed, what the provider can change, who will have access, how long access remains active, and whether the service can be completed without it.
